Submission Guidelines
The International Journal of Advanced Multidisciplinary Applications (IJAMA) welcomes submissions from researchers, academicians, and professionals worldwide. To maintain the highest quality of publications, authors are expected to follow the journal’s submission and ethical standards. IJAMA provides a smooth and transparent submission process that ensures manuscripts are handled efficiently, fairly, and with academic rigor.
Manuscript Requirements
All submissions must be original, unpublished work not under consideration by any other journal. Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional English and submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format. Authors must structure their papers using the IJAMA template (available in the Downloads section).
Each manuscript should include:
- Title
- Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- 4–6 keywords
- Introduction
- Methodology / Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA 7th edition)
Figures and tables must be clearly numbered, properly labeled, and cited within the text. IJAMA accepts Research Articles, Review Papers, Case Studies, Short Communications, Technical and Ethical Notes, Extensive Reviews, Speedy Communications, and Extended Papers.
Peer Review Process
IJAMA follows a double-blind peer review system, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. The average review time is 5–7 working days, though complex papers may take longer. Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts based on reviewer feedback before acceptance.
Submission Process
Authors should submit manuscripts along with a signed copyright form via email to: editorinchief.ijama@gmail.com.
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt. Authors must ensure that submissions meet ethical standards, including originality and permissions for copyrighted material. Manuscripts with plagiarism above 30% will not be considered.
Post-Acceptance Process
Once accepted, a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned via Zenodo, ensuring permanent visibility and citation. Authors must pay a publication fee covering DOI assignment, open-access hosting, indexing, and author certificates. Accepted papers are published with lifetime open access, ensuring global reach.
By following these guidelines, authors can ensure a smooth and efficient publication process while upholding IJAMA’s high standards of academic excellence.
